Specialist Guidance when it matters most.

Managing injuries / illnesses within the workplace requires more than administration. Deep legislative knowledge, commercial awareness and confident stakeholder handling are essential to minimise risk exposure and increased premiums.

Many organisations rely on overstretched teams, or inexperienced employees to manage injuries in their workplace. Without skilful  oversight, claims can escalate, recovery timeframes can extend and your organisational risk and claims costs can grow.

We provide specialist guidance from day one, bringing clarity, structure and commercial awareness to every stage of injury management so you can focus on running your business.

How we support you

We deliver flexible, end-to-end injury management services tailored to your organisation. All services are delivered by experienced  consultants with deep knowledge of legislation, self-insurance frameworks and complex injury management needs.

Not sure where to start? Start a conversation.

  • Specialist guidance for both work and personal injuries / illnesses in your workplace. We liaise with all relevant stakeholders including employees, business divisions, insurers, medical and legal providers to support safe, durable recoveries and early return to work.

  • Strategic and compliant claims management aligned with legislative requirements – minimising unnecessary claims costs while accurately applying legislation and entitlements, whilst understanding and supporting your broader business needs.

  • In addition, we assist organisations with pre-employment risk management, fitness for work assessments, broader risk-reduction strategies, workplace education initiatives and executive guidance in high-risk cases.

We don’t just manage claims.  We create healthier and more resilient workplaces.

At Work Well Injury Solutions, your matters are handled directly by experienced professionals who understand both the technical framework and the human impact of injury management. We combine human empathy with legislative knowledge and practical commercial awareness, ensuring injury management outcomes are sound, defensible, and aligned with your broader organisational objectives.

FAQs

  • Early intervention delivers the strongest outcomes but we can step in at any stage of a claim or risk review.

  • No. We compliment and strengthen your internal capability.

  • Yes, including complex and sensitive matters requiring structured coordination. Insurer statistics reported a 28.4% rise in psychological claims between financial years 2021 and 2025. Our consultants have obtained their Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification and are adequately equipped with management of complex psychological conditions.

  • The requirement differs state to state, though in NSW if you have over 20 employees, are self-insured or have a basic tariff premium over $50,000 a year then you are required by SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Authority) to appoint a return to work coordinator. For employers who do not meet the above criteria, a RTW coordinator should still be nominated to help manage workers compensation in your workplace and recovery at work.
